2020 Ideal Sprayers Biostar 300

Biostar pneumatic duster is produced both in the 500 kg trailed version and in the 250 kg mounted version and is suitable for all kind of dust treatments, especially using “ high quality sulphur”, aimed at crops protection.

IDEAL dusters are designed according to the “pneumatic” principle so that the powder is sucked within the tank by “Venturi” System and evenly distributed by two adjustable fans placed at the back of the machine.

Powder mixing is produced by the air sent to the tank, and assisted by the floating mechanical movement of mixer, which avoids powder thickening.

The quantity of dust to distribute is controlled by a special control device, acting on the span-valve, which adjusts the quantity of dust to distribute.
